How to register online?
IMPORTANT STEPS :
If you are a new user, click on 'new user' and enter a username (email address is preferred) and password of your choice. If you have already used the system, enter your information to open your session.
Fill in the form of personal information, either adult or kid, save at the bottom of the page, then click 'next step', and confirm that your information is accurate then to access the activities.
You must choose an affiliation (if you have not already). The appellation 'Affiliation' on this system replaces 'membership card'. Drag your mouse to bring up the options and make your selection. (NOTE: You can link your card to a park to take part in activities that can arrange this park during the year – you will still be able to go and play at other places) * Be careful to choose a member card for adult or junior as appropriate, and also select 'Resident' or 'non-resident' of Montreal city depending on where you live. Ex.: Westmount, DDO, Côte-St-Luc are ‘non-residents’.
On the same page, choose an activity, paying particular attention to the park of your choice if it is for the spring/summer season, and also attention to dates of sessions and the required level of activities.
You then confirm your choice at the bottom of the page by clicking button 'cash out' to do your payment.
Your place will be reserved and you will have 15 minutes to confirm your registration with payment. If you find that you made a mistake, you can change your selection by clicking the 'edit selection', but in no case turn back time on the web page at that stage, your session would be canceled, and your selection lost. A confirmation will be sent by email.

We reserve the right to ask anyone wishing to benefit from advantages offered to Montreal residents to provide a proof of residence.
Registration by mail - *mail will be open only on Wednesay, August 24*:
Send us the required information on a sheet of paper (last name, first name, address, postal code, email address, date of birth, telephone number) with details about the activity that you want.
Join a cheque made payable to TENNIS MONTRÉAL to your registration request.
A receipt and your member card will be mailed to you, confirming your registration.

REGISTRATION AND TRANSFER POLICY
You must register in an activity that corresponds to your level of play, otherwise Tennis Montreal reserves the right to reassign you to another group. This is subject to availability.
Transfers between groups or activities must be requested at least 5 days prior to the starting date of the activity. A 10$ transfer fee applies to all transfers.
No post-dated cheques accepted.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation notice must be communicated in writing by email or by mail. Phone calls/messages will not be accepted.
Reimbursement requests after the starting date of the activity will not be accepted except upon presentation of a medical certificate.
Tennis Montreal memberships are not refundable or transferable.
For all claims granted, an administration fee of 15% is applicable. The amount reimbursed applies only to the portion of the remaining classes in the session, effective on the date the request is received.
Tennis Montréal prioritizes a transfer in the same season to a refund.
Any activity cancelled by Tennis Montreal will be refunded in full and without charge.
*The adult membership card ($40 for residents, $60 for non-residents) is compulsory and non refundable.
*The junior membership card is free for children residents of Montréal; non-residents must pay $25 for their card.
